Current Turnaround Time: All RTS (ready to ship) items are immediately available & can be shipped out or picked up within 2-3 business days. All custom listings will have the turn around time listed in their description.

We ship Monday-Friday excluding major holidays.

Shipping: We ship via USPS or UPS. You will choose at checkout. Please understand that USPS is sometimes behind and may take longer than normal. That is why everything is shipped with tracking. All orders are shipped in a timely manner. We cannot be held responsible for USPS or UPS taking longer than normal.

FREE SHIPPING if you spend $100 or more. Automatic at checkout.

Seasonal Delays: Shipping times will vary with peak seasons (ex. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) so keep that in mind when choosing a shipping carrier. Also we do recommend to keep ROUTE checked on your order if being shipped for all unforeseen circumstances.

• do not iron

TUMBLERS & GLASSWARE:

• handle with care
• avoid extreme heat
• do not place in dishwasher

Our policy is no refunds, ONLY exchanges if the item is defective or we have made a mistake on the item in question.

You have 3 business days to contact us. If the item is not defective or is past 3 business day unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your exchange, we require picture(s) of the problem in question. Please email those to orders@wackyvinylwhatnots.com with your order # in the subject line. Once approved we will then process a return shipping label for you.
