Shipping policy
RTS ITEMS:
These will be shipped or ready for pick up within 2-4 business days unless other arrangements have been made.
CUSTOM ITEMS:
These will be shipped or be ready for pick up as stated in the description of each item or as discussed through messaging/email.
We are not responsible for stolen packages.
We are not responsible for packages damaged during transit.
We offer ROUTE insurance for all packages and strongly encourage you to add this to your cart during checkout to ensure coverage in the event something happens to your package once it leaves our facility.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses being entered during checkout. The customer can intercept a package on their behalf at USPS/Intercept Package, or on UPS website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working once shipping confirmation is emailed.

SHIPPING INFO:
The buyer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages, and will not refund/replace items. Any questions regarding tracking of your package should be directed to your local post office as we have no control over shipments once they're out of our hands. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
