Refund policy

Returns
Our policy is no refunds, ONLY exchanges if the item is defective or we have made a mistake on the item in question. You have 3 business days to contact us. If the item is not defective or is past 3 business day unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your exchange, we require picture(s) of the problem in question. Please email those to orders@wackyvinylwhatnots.com with your order # in the subject line. Once approved we will then process a return shipping label for you.

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item or an exchange. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed/emailed to you or another item will be made.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift credit to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
